Yeah, there is a strong parallelism between her case and mine, with the difference that her Euro ancestry is an almost even split of Spanish/NW Euro , while in my case, my full Spanish parent (in this case my mom) is Spanish, and all my Euro ancestry is South European (mostly Spanish with some distant Italian) :)

Lol, let me give you a very basic lesson on genetics:

Blue eyes are a recessive trait. That means that for somebody to have blue eyes, both parents MUST have the gens responsible of producing an individual with blue eyes. Therefore, Christina got her blue eyes from her NW European maternal side and ALSO from her Spnish paternal side.

NW Euros have not the exclusive monopoly of the Gens responsible of producing light eyes.

All my European ancestry is southern European (mostly Spanish and some distant Italian) as far as I know, and I got blue eyes.
