Exactly. By that time two things would've happened: All Balkan countries join the e.u. Or the e.u organization is disbanded. Could go either way, but with this economic down turn, and e.u policy regarding immigration the outcome almost points out to the latter.

I don't. This seems like a western attempt to bring the last remaining balkan states into the fold as a package to avoid a black hole developing in europe.

Agree. I think it's more likey that regional blocks would develop from the EU though.
