There is minor Veddiod influence, the guy looks mostly Caucasian. I think Veddiods are proto-Caucasian rather than Australoid.

That's an opinion I've heard before but I think Veddoids are actually a Caucasoid/Australoid blend. As for this guy he also has Mongoloid admixture.

Yes that could be as well. Yeah he probably has Sino-Burman admixture after all Bengal is near Burma. However most Bengalis I have seen look very Indid Caucasoid. Some do look blend of Caucasoid-Veddiod but very few have Mongoloid admixture. The Muslim Bengalis look more Caucasoid than the Hindu ones from my observation.

I do see mongolid admixture in alot of Bengalis (afterall Bengal/Bangladesh borders Burma)...there's Australoid evident in his upper lip region/jaw region

Nab, how can Bengali muslims look different from their hindu cousins? Majority of Bengladesh was untouched by western element even during times when the muslims took over. Apart from the higher castes and those directly related to the Sultanites of Delhi, majority of the people in bengladesh are Indomelanids and Gracil Indids altered by Gongids.

The form of his mouth area and his facial look in general reminds me a bit of the current Dalai Lama. Except in this Bengali gentleman's case the total impression is slightly less Sinid or EAsian looking (wavy hair, skin tone, etc).

Better question might be, classify the current Dalai Lama.

Native Bangladeshis are mainly East Brachid, the Bangladeshis that look Indo Melanid are the Scheluded Caste and stuff from Bihar UP Telugu Tamil areas that are ethnically different and were brought during colonial times. This is verified by academic research from the BEB datasrt in the 1000 Genomes project

The nose is definitely not Caucasoid. And his mouth as well, not to the same extent as the nose. Could be Mongoloid/Veddoid/Australoid.
And eyes are hidden by his glasses. As someone said, he's got the Dalai Lama broad slightly thick mouth.
