They are old and probably sit in the sun all day. In Sicily, people sit in front of their houses and are outside socializing more, and it is hot.

This is really the "woggiest of the wog". They wouldn't fit anywhere in Europe besides East Mediterranean islands and Middle East. Their facial features aren't N. Africa so I'm not checking that box.
