A couple big pieces of cornbread cooked properly in a cast iron fry pan with more butter .Dessert would be Southern chocolate pecan pie topped with vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup and whipped cream. A bottle of good Alsatian Riesling or/and a few pints of Newcastle Nut Brown Ale. Then a cup of Kona Peaberry coffee, fresh ground and steeped in a French press to top it off.......burp
