Yes he is quite small at 175cm. But it is just an example of how you can change looking skinny through targeting certain muscle groups. The neck and shoulders are most important.

Can you not read? I was giving him advise on how to avoid looking skinny. Adding muscle to his legs is the last thing he would want to do if he is just starting out.
