I'm curious as to what everyone's definition of Europe is. Is it an ethnic, cultural, geographical, or other sort of entity? Where do its boundaries fall and what is the basis for determining such a thing? What does "European preservation" mean? Are European colonies part of Europe and if not then is an American or South African preservationist really a European one?
Also, who are European and why are they classified as such? These terms sound so clean cut in the way that they are often used, but they're fairly vague in my opinion. What makes a Russian European, despite having a very different culture? Is it race? If so, then why aren't Europid North Africans European, or are they?
