More Than 66,000 People From Kosovo Illegally Crossed Into Europe

In search of better life, between 2009 and 2013, Kosovo left more than 66,000 people who have illegally crossed into European states and sought asylum around the world, writes Pristina daily “Zeri”.

http://inserbia.info/news/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/Asylum-seekers-illustration.jpg

This is the number of those who officially applied for asylum, while thousands of others, out of fear that they will be rejected and returned, continue to move illegally through Europe, the daily writes.

“Zeri” writes that the number of false asylum seekers has been especially increased in the last month and a half, according to official data, it has doubled compared to the same time period in previous years.

Eurostat, the mechanism operating inside the European Commission, gave “Zeri” information that from January 1 2009 until August 31 2013 asylum sought 66,085 persons. They asked for asylum in 28 states who are members of the EU, but also in Switzerland, Island and Norway who are part of Europe, but are not members of the EU.

Now, before this quickly turns into an anti-albanian thread, I would like to point out something.

Kosovo is not a 100% albanian state, albanians make up around 88-90% of the entire population of this country, whilst there are several notable minorities such as Roma, Turkish, Serbian, Gorani,Bosniak, Ashkali and several others.

From reliable sources, I have come to understand that a large number of these illegal immigrants(around 15-35%) are actually Roma or Ashkali, whilst a small percentage(5-10%) of these immigrants are Gorani, Turkish or other minorities.

Which means between 55 and 80% of immigrants are still Albanians. Life in Kosovo still sucks it seems. Serbs are not there anymore, who do you blame now?

Approcimately 55%(could mean less or more, it may vary from case to case) of these immigrants are albanians that is true, however Kosovo is still a very young state, it's still in it's developing process, and having the european missions coming to aid to them, in building the state institutions properly, advancing the economy even more, and building an excellent infrastructure will turn this new country in 20-40 years, in probably the most advanced country in the Balkans
.
Let us not forget that Kosovo is expanding an excellent infrastructure for the moment, and it is proud to announce that it has the most advanced/professinal law enforcment agency(police force) in the whole Balkans.

You went totally off-topic, no body was blaming the Serbs at all, and serbs in Kosovo have been and will be offered every possible way of integration into the country's life(about 20% of the police force is made of serbian officers), they have serbian deputies in the parliament aswell.

The numbers in this article are still a bit unaccurate, as they were calculated in approximate numbers, not exact ones, but one thing I'm sure of is that nearly half of these immigrants are either Romanis or Ashkalis and lately, over 12.000 have been deported only from Germany in the last 2 years:

Plus, a considerable number of illegal immigrants is made of goranis and turkish individuals with Kosovo passport, I do not have any reliable source on serbs, so I won't spread any fake information at all.

Dude a war not too long ago happened in Kosovo, if you remember correctly you were responsible For it. The economy was wrecked houses burned down, much of the infastructure bombed, hundreds of thousands displaced. You do not recover from this so easily especially since it was not too long ago. Serbia in the other hand has been prospering For many many years yet poor montenegro is richer than serbia.of course not even mentioning before kosova declared independence it couldn't do much.

Lol no, only 3% of police forces are serbian.

The Kosovo Police has grown steadily since 1999, and in 2004 reached its planned full size of nearly 7,000 officers. As of 2010, it has around 9,000 employees. About 85% of Kosovo Police officers are ethnic Albanians, 15% are ethnic Serbs and other ethnic minorities..

lol, when women openly express hate towards particular men that mean they're doing something right.
Churchill as well made women take shots at him openly at partys, and sure as hell he was doing something right.
