Her father is half Irish (his mother is). But his last name is also Irish, so maybe more than that.

Being half Irish makes him around 60+% European btw.

I see both her parents in her face. But her mother being clearly "negro"/griffe, she looks more like her father (mulatto range).

I doubt her father is half-Irish as that would mean one of her grandparents was full Irish and that's not likely. They are likely multigenerational mixed with both parents. The Irish most likely is going back many generations. Rihanna looks like a mixture of both her parents to me.
