Arcade scores not being recorded?

I don't know if it is only me who is having this problem, but whenever I play a game in the arcade, I will earn a certain amount of points, sometimes making it into the high scores and I even beat the top player in one of the games, yet my score does not get recorded. What could be the problem?

The same thing happens with me too on certain games. It's not all of them.
