He is 1/4 Sephardi, 1/4 Afro-Caribbean, 1/4 Chinese, and 1/4 English.

I see none of the Chinese, but he almost looks Puerto Rican or Dominican to me.

No. Nothing Amerindian about him, he just looks mixed (Afro Caribbean). I can't see major Asian influence.
