I find him quite typical German.

Nordid + Borreby. Distance between his nose and mouth is rather large. Surname Kowarik sounds Slavic.

Indeed, anyway I think he looks German (the combination of Nordid with local Cro-Magnid types - in his case some sort of Faelid/Borreby concoction).

Yes he looks very German (nose the most!) and non-Polish.

German looking Austrian, of course he has a Slavic surname, does not mean much though
Approx. 1/3 of Eastern Austrians have Slavic names

Yeah and the reverse is very common in Western Poland and Czech Republic. Distribution of surname ''Hoffmann'' demonstrates it neatly.

Is that a guess of yours, or statistic truth? Sounds very high to me.

Edit: Out of the 50 most common lastnames in Austria is not a single slavic one.

Just a guess. Perhaps it is a bit too high, for some regions of Lower Austria it is definitly correct though.
Specially those near the Czech/Slovak border. For Vienna it also seems to reflect reality.

Yeah for Vienna it feels correct, but I have no data either, in Carinthia south of river Drava it feels lke 50%+ but then again I have no data. For the rest see my edit on the previous post.
