Nah, South Med is very similar to Berberid. Saharid is basically Mulatto that veers more on the Caucasoid side of things.

No. Berberid has nothing to do with south Med, it's a Cro-Magnon type. Saharid is pure Mediterranean Caucasoid, the only old anthropologist who had a Saharid type in his taxonomy was Lundman I think.

Anyway, the Tuareg I posted is one of the few pure Caucasoid ones, I'm guessing they all started out as Caucasoid though.

Then they aren't Saharids. Everyone in the Sahara was probably a Caucasoid at one point though.
