His name is Thomas Kilian aka "Khaldor" and he is a famous German Starcraft 2 caster.
I classify him as North Atlantid + a bit of Faelid. I think he has some kind of German vibe. He could be Dutch as well.

Well, he isn't the typical German guy but I think he could fit well in North West Germany (Dutch border area). It would be nice to hear the opinion of some German member.
