For the classification I'd say east med + minor asiatic alpine --> Could pass in Libya - Egypt & parts of the levant ... But fits the best in north africa ...

In my town we have both Lebanese Christians and Muslims. The Christians could be mistaken for, and often are mistaken for, local Italian Americans. The Muslims are actually identified pretty quickly as "Arab" or at least people know they are foreign.

I have muzzie and christian lebs in my town. both sides, I have seen ones who look southern euro, and some who like ragheads/dune coons. We have pretty much discussed this topic heavily (in part, thanks to you and your spamming of classification of hundreds of Lebanese people, no offensive intended :lol: ), and even some of the people who live in the Middle East pretty much say the same as I do. We should by now, have gotten away from this myth that there is difference in looks amongst levantines by religion.
