Few could pass as Polish. They rather give me exotic impression, many I could imagine only as Albanians because of their distinct look.
Dinarid, Borreby and Alpine are dominating components.

There are a few non albanians in the albanian goverment, the new one:

First of all the primeminister itself is half vlach, but here in this photo:

Lefter Koka is a gypsy from Durres, while Edmond Haxhnasto is a vlach from Korca.

Btw, 90% of the new albanian goverment is tosk, south albanians, so the photo above is a good reperesentation of how tosks look ( exluding the 2 non albanian ministers)

The only ghegs are the guy with the glasses in the front, and the other tall guy in the front, and the other guy with the glasees in the last row.
