What do the ADMIXTURE component percentage scores from the Eurogenes and Dodecad calculators at GEDmatch truly mean? For example on the Eurogenes K9 calculator at GEDmatch I score around 60% in the North European component. Does that just mean basically then that 60% of my autosomal genes that are looked at in this calculator match the reference population or samples that were used for creating the North European component?
