She looks French so might be it but I am not familiar at all with people from South France.

She's a bit Sub-Nord, not sure how typical that is in 'southern' France but perhaps it is.

She was born Emmanuelle Aurélie Munos (Hispanic last name) and is from Marseille (says a lot), which makes here pedigree very dubious.
She's also not a natural blond. This being said, she could be from anywhere really but she doesn't strike me as particularly from the South (and believe me, I live in Provence).

She doesn't look much like Heidi Klum, has noticeably more gracile features than her but I agree about some ''resemblance''.

Audrey Tautou is positively one of the most French-looking person I've ever come across. And she's a pure blooded Auvergnate.

Munos comes from Basque "muno" (hill) and is probably related with Basques or Gascons. There's an overlap of some surnames around the Pyrinees.
