First of all, this is most likely as accurate as it gets since my mom's maiden name is a rare one. Seems very Northwest English right above Wales, eh? Would that be considered quite Celtic? As you can see, I crossed out the actual surname in the screenshot below for privacy, but if you're curious I can rep comment you the name, just don't tell the whole forum, lol.

The good news: That's the region of Lancashire, very famous indeed. Flag is a red rose.
The bad news: They were the bad guys in the English Civil War. The good guys used a white rose.
