Here's an interesting debate: are there more Sicilians who look like the darkest Northern Europeans (Brits) or like the lightest Arabs (Lebanese)? This is Amatori Catania under-14 rugby team:

Where do they fit to you?

Most belong to old Fertile Crescent Neolithic types (a mix of East-Mediterranean with Alpine and Dinaric). The middle guy in top row is of Italic type (has the usual Roman face). That would be the only person I would recognize as Italian in the group. The two left-most guys in top row look extremely Middle Eastern and show Semitic influences (beady eyes): almost too dark for Lebanese, more like Iraqi.

How much Greek influence do you see? These people are from one of the more Greek descended parts of Sicily, actually (Catania).

Unless you think that Greek ancestry in Sicily is overstated and most people are descended from pre-Greek Neolithic peoples.
