Classify these councillors from Bogota, Colombia

The rest are actually fairly white. I see two with some African influences, and a couple others with minor Amerindian otherwise.

The mayor has native indian in him. I think more of the type that is seen amongst West Asians. He can pass as Middle Eastern.

This one appears to have fully European look. The rest have various degrees of Amerindian ancestry (but all of them less than 50% it seems).
