Does anyone here play it? It's like chess with cards. I'm pro in this game and win every duel. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yu-Gi-Oh!_Trading_Card_Game

I play it since my 10. It's really addictive game. What type of deck you used? I also watched all yugioh series from duel monster and gx all way to 5D's and zexal.

Then caius must be your favorite card. He fits well in archfiend deck, generally in any deck, because of amazing effect.

Isn't Yu-Gi-Oh just Magic stripped down?

Yeah, he's definitely one of my favorites. I teched him at 1 in Archfiends because I run the palabryinth build and use battle fader.

It'd be good if we have duel. You maybe use dueling network or YGOPRO dawn of a new era?

A certain shop in my home town revived my childhood hunger for it

I was about to consider buying and getting into this stuff a few years back except I was kinda busy getting laid.

The only ones I ever see playing this are the obese, aging neckbeards, basement dwellers, and skinny fanboys at the mall- or the same kinds of people who played that Magic game when I was a kid in high school back in the early 90s. These people literally drop hundreds of dollars on little cards with ugly drawings on them. :D "My charpikamander's fire attack defeats your mamzerbot's zapray! Durrr!"

Card games: poker or blackjack for me, nothing else. :p

I played Magic The Gathering, but couldn't keep up with updating my deck since i started to waste money on betting and slot machines.

I remember the dorks were playing that in high school and talking about cards like "black lotuses" and "mox's whatevers" and whatnot. They'd be in the lunchroom and the brothers would sometimes mess with them and steal their cards. :D

Yeah, like 7-8 years ago we had one local trading card club called Gondor. As i was in elementary school, first thing you do in the morning is run to the shop, buy smokes and move there, without breakfast, without anything. Although it wasn't much physically active hanging out, was far better then wasting time on Facebook these kids today do.

You're cool bro. Ridiculing individuals for their hobbies is quite childish.

I prefer Pokemon to be honest. I have all the pokemon games lol, and a lot of pokemon cards.

I have played it a couple of times, used a spellcaster deck.
but I always preferred MtG(usually something from Ravnica). hell I'd even prefer pokemon over yugioh, since they got those silly counter rules.

I never really understood the appeal of those stupid card games. I got talked into playing a few times by some of my friends at the time but I had no idea what the hell I was doing and I eventually, predictably lost interest in it all. When all a person can talk about is decks of cards with imaginary monsters on them welllll..... I liken dweebs that talk obsessively about Magic cards to be akin to the dweebs who talk obsessively about their World of Warcraft game characters.

Naturally I spent my high school time doing more constructive things- like skipping classes, brawling, and getting suspended for various infractions. :)

No. It's too hard for me :( plus I never played it since 5-6 years ago (my friend always used to want to 'play' it).
