With 23andme I got 249 cousins, with ftdna I got 5:

one Turk
one Pole
one Yank
one Jew
and one Greek

Ftdna says it is very difficult to assign a relationship between people, what do you think?

FTDNA uses a higher treshold determining matches, AFAIK it is 20cM in total and longest block should be >7cM ? If so, not much different than your 23andMe matches >.20%..
I think Greek is from Pontic or less likely but also could be a Crimean.. Pole and Jew is mostly likely from your paternal side..
