Well, he is very Scandinavian looking, belonging to an Aryan phenotype altered by local CroMagnid admixture. Uralic admixture is minimal, only visible here:

There is a different guy on the last picture. Look at his nose, it's perfectly straight while profile picture above shows a little bit convex nose shape. Nose wings are also different.

Anyway original guy is East-Nordid/CM. He looks typical for entire Northern/Central Russia, but I wouldn't place him in Karelia. Extreme colds of Karelia produce longer East-Baltish noses like Putin.
