2 1/4 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon milk
Food coloring (optional)
This glaze is great for any cookie which you need a hard glaze for. I added a bit more milk and it works really well. Measure accurately.
