I'm quite a big consumer of sausages and ham, so pork.

All of them, but maybe beef is the best.

In Slovenia most widespread meat is pork. Personally i like lamb very much. Lamb made in a hunters sauce with bread dumplings. Thow correctly speaking hunters sauce with bread dumplings is traditionally reserved for vension here but lamb is closest to vension and vension is the ultimate meat for me. :D Here you can still get also chamois and bear meat in some resturants and historically dormouse was hunted in much of Slovenia but now only extreme rednecks still eat dormouses. Chamois meat is mighty fine i must say. But i try not to eat vension to much cuz despite Slovenia being +50% forested i believe we have quite to many hunters who hunt game to much. :)

Beef and lamb feel too heavy on the stomach and are hard to chew if not cooked right, although I do love lamb chops and shanks. I prefer pork, chicken, turkey, and seafood. Pork is my favorite in the poll.

I went to Ireland two years ago, I've noticed many people eat a lot of lamb

Like all particularly if they are done well. I don't think I can actually choose one over the other since I'll frequent places with these meats in mind that I know can prepare either or well.

Chicken is probably my least favorite these days since its all too often fried for preperation of choice which I find tiresome. Even if its cooked say peri-peri style or done as a kebab well (my two prefered ways to enjoy chicken) I'd rather have good pork BBQ, lamb or beef prepared well over chicken.

I´m not sure what I prefer the most, pork or beef :<

I think I prefer pork in the end because it comes in so many shapes

Lamb is by far the best.
That's also why that's the most expensive.

Pork isn't healthy; pigs don't digest what they eat and they eat anything.

I am a vegetarian. Gota watch the figure ya know.
Now if the animals were alive, I would prefer a Cow. A welshman on the other hand would prefer a Sheep?

We never had much money to afford beef steaks so whenever we had beef it came in soup or mixed with other meat (cevapi or sarma were always lamb/pork/beef). When I first arrived to America I ate beef everyday (hamburgers, steaks) I simply couldn't get enough. Now though I'm back to liking lamb the best as it's harder to find in USA done right.

I voted beef but meant lamb -_-"
But that's not my favorite (nor what I eat the most).

The best meat, by far, is that of birds : duck, thrush, goose, quail, partridge, pheasant etc.
Nothing is both as good and healthy as birds.

Apart from that I just love horse and boar. Lamb is good, especially as a gigot (typical for religious days). I just eat beef or pork when I can't get anything else (which is still pretty often, especially all those times I'm too lazy to get anything else than saucisson or smoked ham with bread and cheese) or when it's part of a broader thing it goes with.
