What Has Become of the Classic Greek Nose?

I've wondered this myself, no one alive today seems to have the classic "Greek nose," where the forehead and nose form a straight line.

    And was such a nose form actually a popular trait among ancient people or just an ideal?
    A change in "tastes" lead to it's lack nowadays?
    Funny is that if a person today has similar nose he/she would be called "large nosed".
