I'll use my older text as a starting point and to show you sextas; there are 6 sextas, each of them having 4 types. Each sexta has different values. 4 types in one sexta have the same values.

Attitudinal Psyche (Psychosophy) groups (sextas) on the Political Compass

1. FLVE, FVLE, ELVF, EVLF — Outside of the compass views, due to travelling (circling) from one to another axis (without entering the compass) for the sake of survival, or just staying out of the compass in case they are autonomous enough for that (if there is such a thing as being autonomous for real).

2. LFVE, LVFE, EFVL, EVFL — Auth-Left, due to their security values and systematic beliefs.

3. VFLE, VLFE, EFLV, ELFV — Auth-Right, due to their values of winning, traditions, and history.

4. VFEL, VEFL, LFEV, LEFV — Centrism, due to their pragmatic views based on values that make them want to stay grounded / real and balanced.

5. VLEF, VELF, FLEV, FELV — Lib-Right, due to their values of being out of the system. And act how they want to act, not how the others (the system or those who don't understand) want them to act.

6. FEVL, FVEL, LEVF, LVEF — Lib-Left, due to their values of being innovative and doing something new and going outside of traditions.

So now I will add a part from another older text for you to understand the context:

Little theoretical part:

There are 24 types (example of a type name: 1F2V3L4E or simply FVLE; also these 24 types are divided into 6 sextas by the same values, so each sexta is different from another sexta by values; each type has only one fully matching type for it). There are 4 aspects and 4 positions for each aspect. Aspects: F (Physics), V (Volition), L (Logic), E (Emotion). Positions: 1 (+/-), 2 (+/+), 3 (-/-), 4 (-/+).

+/ means you are able to have it for yourself properly on your own. Strong.

-/ means you are not able to have it for yourself properly on your own. Weak.

/+ means you are able to give it to others properly on your own. Adaptive.

/- means you are not able to give it to others properly on your own. Dominant.

Every 1st position is Strong and Dominant (because of +/-), every 2nd position is Strong and Adaptive (because of +/+), every 3rd position is Weak and Dominant (because of -/-) and every 4th position is Weak and Adaptive (because of -/+).

If the same aspect is in the 1st and 4th positions within two different people, then their same aspect is in result-oriented positions (1st and 4th), and this will be a matching between the same aspects in different positions, but it doesn't make those two types match each other fully, except for the full matching types, obviously (example: 1F of one person matching 4F of another person). The key word for that interaction is "result" (because it is a +/- and -/+ interaction; each one of two persons in an interaction gives the other plus and minus, but differently for completeness' sake).

If the same aspect is in the 2nd and 3rd positions within two different people, then their same aspect is in process-oriented positions (2nd and 3rd), and this will be a matching between the same aspects in different positions, but it doesn't make those two types match each other fully, except for the full matching types, obviously (example: 2V of one person matching 3V of another person). The key word for that interaction is "result" (because it is a +/+ and -/- interaction; one person gives the pluses since +/+ is altruistic ("I have enough for myself, so I can both share and adapt"), and the other person receives them since he is dominant and in need (because of -/-) for completeness' sake).

An example of a fully matching type: for 1F2V3L4E / FVLE type is 1E2L3V4F / ELVF.

And now the main text begins:

1L and 4L — Values respect for their speech, but differently (depends on Sexta): labor- or specialization-oriented speech (Centrism), buyer / seller-oriented speech (Lib-Left), censorship (a.k.a. don't trigger me with words or at least warn me that you will say it before saying it), systemized, lawful-like talking, and public and direct as possible (Auth-Left).

1F and 4F — Values freedom of their physical expression (there shall be no public boundaries), as Lib-Right might trespass (as criminals, to break the law, "I go where I want to go; no law will stop me") a secured place for some reason and steal something or break something (including hacking, like a cyberspace trespassing). Lib-Left are your average private island rich people when they are in sales and do profitable inventions, and when they try to change things without money; Off Compass are travelers, so no closed boundaries for them (they might be squatters, like some homeless dudes, or it can be an exciting journey type for them), but they are campers for sure when they are not travelling. Interestingly enough, they can be flawless artisans in some niche / artsy things like taxidermy, since they have all the time in the world. (Centrists are very busy; while their execution is not always flawless, they have deadlines to finish the project, so it is what it is. Centrists get their priorities straight, do the fundamentals first (the most important thing in the project), and then anything else if they have the time, but they can also extend time if needed if they do the work and not sit like they're in depression or not in the mood, so they won't do anything).

And all of 1F and 4F are very clingy to their private property and body, and I'm not sure about 4F, but 1F sure does give a lot of gifts when there is no celebration to get closer to you (4F might do more of a gesture-type small gift): the "Don't Tread on Me" motto and might bribe you with things (Lib-Right), the "my body, my choice" type of people, and they like to buy you out (different from bribing, because this is more like an investment, when bribing is more like "don't be mad at me") with gifts (Lib-Left). Off-Compass relies on gifts of nature (when hiking and there are some issues, surviving in nature), gifts of people when begging, or just gifts that might help with survival.

1E (Choleric) and 4E (Melancholic) — Values respect for their emotions, but differently: inspiring and mood-based (Off Compass), motivational and obsession-based (Auth-Right), and expressing emotions for gaining social attention, and they are empathy-based (Auth-Left). Mind that this is a sexta with non-personal disorders / traits when unhealthy, so these are really group attention-keeping types: EFVL and EVFL.

1V and 4V — Values freedom (tolerance for) of their choice, but then again differently: through commands and obligation / loyalty (this one is Auth-Right, because Lib-Left is tolerant for everybody except for bigots); rights (I'm doing it because that's my right); and advocacy to do / for something, to have / for something, to be / for something, etc. (Lib-Right, because Auth-Left is tolerant of everybody except for criminals who break the law or try to escape punishment for breaking the law); Supervision / Project Leadership and Labor (Centrism, because Off Compass won't do anything while being uninspired). These are the sextas who view the world through personality, and they are self-responsible.

2L and 3L — Values freedom of (tolerance for their) speech, and each of the sextas with 2L/3L types in it will do it differently: fantasy / improvised / travelling (I've been here and there), hiking-type speech (Off Compass), power / sports / family, generalized groups of people (nation, tribe, etc.), who's ours and who's the enemy / obsessed / historical or biographical-oriented speech (Auth-Right), and uncensored speech with unexpected turns that tries to be as unpredictable as possible and tries to be private and indirect until the trust isn't built, can also speak about actors and theatre / cinema, crime or danger, fetishizing (fetish-based) type of speech (Lib-Right).

2F and 3F — Values respect for their physical boundaries, where Auth-Left is looking to be secure and to neutralize the danger, Centrists to organize a working space without having any irritating distractions or any mess in it, and Auth-Right is attacking / defensive when they do encounter an enemy, plus they do have a sense that the resources can be systematically given (Auth-Left, example: bread lines in the Soviet Union), earned by labor (Centrism), or given by the factor of familiarity (Auth-Right).

2E (Sanguine) and 3E (Phlegmatic) — Values freedom of (tolerance to their) feelings expressions, but in different ways: sympathy-based (likes and dislikes, favoritism, you are my everything, and you are nothing to me type of stuff), dramatic / romantic / erratic (Lib-Right), busy or on the run, vibes-based (Centrism), comforting when panic and anxiety, and when happy wants to express it publicly or through new things, experiences, and people; vibrations-based (Lib-Left).

2V and 3V — Values respect for their choice, but in (you've guessed it) different ways: I'm not obliged to be a slave of my circumstances / opportunistic / chance / vibrancy (Lib-Left); don't break the law, it is for everyone, and if you don't know it, then it is your problem (Auth-Left); it is way easier to survive in the group, man (Off Compass). These are the sextas who don't see the world through personality, and they have collective responsibility.

So based on that, you can understand on which criteria the alliance between sextas can be formed. Though it is kind of a bad idea, because each Sexta does understand their neighbor and the most conflicting / misunderstood Sexta for that neighbor, and there are only 6 Sextas and 4 Quadras (Alpha, Beta, Gamma, and Delta) in Socionics, so the majority/minority situation can't be created truly (if there were 7 or 5 Sextas and Quadras, yeah, maybe there would be a majority situation, but realistically that's impossible), and only one Sexta truly values loyalty (everybody has some sort of trust or something like that, though), so not everybody cares that much probably about an alliance between even 3 Sextas, when sooner or later some Sexta might get tired of that alliance and abandon it. So just find what your Sexta's usually do in life through your Socionics type and Attitudinal Psyche (Psychosophy) type combo and start to do it (it will be good if you will connect it to Christianity without any hypocrisy, to do morally good things and not just express your character for nothing), and if other Sextas or Socionics Quadras bother you, find a good way to build healthy boundaries. The unity of 6 Sextas without bothering each other, without trying to play on the field that you cannot play on, is the key not to utopia, but at least for you to have a good life, and I hope you will dedicate it to Jesus Christ, because Jesus Christ does love not only in the Church, but outside of it too.
