Just to clarify: of course Persians as a whole are lighter and finer-featured than both Iraqis and Pakistanis. However, needless to say Iraqis are closer to Persians pigmentation-wise than are Pakistanis, but is this true in terms of facial traits as well?
Persians would obviously be closer to Iraqis, both in genetics and phenotypes. This is hardly a topic worthy of discussion.
Certainly to Iraqis,Pakistanis are very similar to Indians, there are some in Greece and I can't tell them apart.
Living in a city with a large Pakistani community i will say that very few can be mistaken for Persians, their features are just too influenced by Indid and Dravidian elements to pass easily, even the mountain Pakistanis in the north west seem to have their own distinct look to easily pass as Persians who have a more general Middle eastern appearance and are often hard to distinguish from western Turks and north Arabs.
Neither in particular. A more interesting question to me would be if Afghans plot closer to Persians or to Pakistanis (I suppose still closer to Persians).
Still, I think Arabs are somewhat closer to Persians (although quite different on average) than Indians are.
This is a weird question because Iraqis themselves are substantially Persian mixed. So they can and do look fully Persian. And yes, they look more similar to Iranians.
Also Iraqis aren’t any darker than Persians at least in the west.
Heratis and western afghans still look significantly similar to afghans from the east and north /south . If we take away NW Pakistan ( which is afghan land and inhabitated by iranic groups ) afghans would be significantly closer to northern west Asians let alone Persians . The fact you had to mention " western shifted Kandaharis " to link it with Persian just shows your lack of knowledge in that region . North and eastern afghans are the lightest of all Afghanistan generally speaking .
To answer OP question , obviously iraqis . Indic Pakistanis look way too south Asian influenced and foreign looking in general .
