Is the AVERAGE English person really this swarthy?

I don't know who created this average phenotype. It does not seem accurate, and here's why: The phenotype for the average Irish man has the Irish man with red hair (not dark brown hair, which could be realistic) and pale skin. But the English man has this strange tan and dark brown hair, even though dark brown hair is in the minority. If anything, the Irish man should have a darker complexion.Attachment 112296
