Recently I found that some of them had the same R1a-L260 like me (data from Bosnjački DNK Projekat). This guy surname is Ibrahimovic.

They have the same haplogroups i.e. I2a1 and R1a like all South Slavs, probably a bit more E1b than ordinary South Slavs.
They are South Slavs, mostly Bulgarians who heavily mixed with Albanians.
Linguistically Gorani are most related (almost identical) with Serbs from Sredačka and Sirinićka župa.

Unfortunately. Only absent part is they.
Some are between Bulgarians and Albanians, some are closer to Albanians, even Greeks. Goranis should have a different composition.
I don't have an explanation for the language but there is a cultural link between Goranis and Pomaks. Traditions, costume, etc.
That's all within Albanian range. Gheg Albanians usually get Bulgarian or Greek_Thessaly as their closest match.

Ghegs predominantly get Tuscan and Greek Thessaly where there is no Albanian reference. From what I have seen in our project anyways. We get Bulgarian too and Romanian. But they're usually third and 4th if not 5th and 6th in nearest runs. I would show mine as example but I took my Gedmatch down when they started using DNA results for investigations.
