Can someone explain to me how MorleyDna works?

How can I have a marker for E-L515 and I-CTS616 at the same time? Does it mean that I have both an ancestor that was I2a and another that was e1b1a? really confused

What the fuck this means, my Haplogorup is African or European??? (Looks like is a Cro-Magnon Haplogroup)
I-CTS616 peaks in Canarias ( 15% - 20%) and in Scotland-North Ireland (13% - 11%) looks like isnt rare in Portugal, Andalusia, Castila, Sicily and others parts of Western Europe (But peaks in a point in 80% in South Africa, prob a bug) So as there is no such low rate in Portugal and Spain, it is not impossible for me to be I2a2a Attachment 115376
E-L515 its kinda comum in all extreme west Africa, but peaks in Ghana (24%), so makes sense my haplogroup be E-L515 bcs the slves of my region were west africans Attachment 115377

At the end of it all I'm still pretty confused, I don't know much about haplogroup so sorry if I'm sounding like an idiot lol any help is appreciated!:ranger

It is based on probability rather than solid science so you are probably E-L515 and it might be based on an older outdated Y-Seq tree possibly causing further confusion. If you really wanted to know your Y-DNA you could do FTDNA.

We only have one Y chromossome code , and therefore only 1 Y-DNA, you can also say it has us instead, in a more philosophical sense.

I have not seem Morley get one wrong yet by the way.
If you have an allele for a certain snp that might put you under a certain specific clade, you also need to have alleles that are positive for snps ancestral tô this more specific clade, for example , you can have an A at rs58854 wich suposedly defines two unrelated diferent subclades (in your case CTS616 and L515), but If you dont have a C at rs467578(im making these snp's names up but you can research on genetic homeland the real snps) defining the simple I2, or I, or IJ or even IJK and you are therefore negative for most of if not all of these ancestral haplogroups, them you are very surely not a member of the more specific branch.You can click on the I-CTS616 in morleydna's page , and see that many of the snps are likely coloured red, meaning you dont have them.
