Indo-Europeans and red hair...

Is it safe to say that the Indo-Europeans brought with them genes for red hair? The highest incidences of red hair today are among the people of the British Isles and the Udmurts. The Udmurts live in the area close to the Indo-European homeland near the Ural Mountains in Russia. The highest levels of Gedrosian DNA, associated with the spread of Indo-European languages, in Europe are among the Irish and Scottish, known for their high incidences of red hair. A mummy from Tarim Basin of China was found to have red hair. This mummy most like came from Steppe migrations during the Bronze Age.
