I got the results from them quite quickly — in less than a day.
As for the regions, they are practically 100% accurate. My only reservation is the percentage of German, which I find too high.

We're sending you this email to let you know that your Modern Ancestry results are ready, but also to let you know that we were unable to identify both your haplogroups using the raw data you've sent us. It appears as though the raw data does not contain any Y-DNA or mtDNA markers that we need to pinpoint your haplogroups.
Would you have a different raw data from a different company that has the haplogroup SNPS in it so we can identify them for you?
