Are DNAGENIS G25 coords reliable?

I have rescently made a test for my dad, and bought G25 from DNAGENIS, and it seems off to me.

His known ancestry is 1/2 North Russian, 1/4 Baltic German and 1/4 Pskov-Belarus, however he comes out with very little FU and a lot of Germanic with thoose coordinates.
