Trait Predictor v18 by AndreiDNA is out
what's new?
I added a bunch of SNPs to the eyecolor and skin color predictor within NOSHACOT. Some SNPs that were only used for imputation are now used regularly like the rest of the SNPs. there are 6 new SNPs within the HERC2 region that are now used for eye color prediction.
Big changes were done to the polygenic score page, I added SNPs to multiple conditions including Bipolar 1, Myopia, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and More.
I exposed the risk variants/genotypes in SNPs that are not present on the home result page. Most conditions on the polygenic risk scores now display the causative SNPs, except those where the causative SNPs are already seen on the home result page.

There is a sample AncestryDNA result linked at the bottom of the login page.

65f14afd-9603-4311-9188-b42c3cd6e7cb is the results of a Khanty woman from Kazym that I found on ENA. Not all uploads on the testing page are from me. There have actually been people that used the testing page to upload their own DNA samples. Obviously if you want privacy, you can create your own account and keep your result private.
My tool works with MyHeritage,23andme, and AncestryDNA files. If your file is something else, it might still work, but its best to convert it to one of the 3 formats first using DNAkitStudio.
Typical wait time for a 20Mb file should be around 20 minutes, depending on how heavy the traffic to my site is.
