Among the West Slavs (and Slavs in general) they probably have on average the most Germanic ancestry…principally due to more ethnic Germans from different periods from the Holy Roman Empire on top of maybe a little from ancient East Germanics. Still more Balto-Slavic overall.
Celts contributed, but I’m unsure how much of that is from early eastern celts or what came mixed in with Germanic speakers.

Czechs plot here between Poles and Austrians. Or between Slovaks and Germans.
Germanic and Celtic component often overlap to some degree.
Beside majority Slavic, I think they have more continental Celtic ancestry than Germanic.
