Which group is hardest to classify; Southern Europeans vs. Northern Europeans?

Title is self-explanatory.

Southern Europeans. To me, they look a little more similar, whereas northern Europeans look more diverse.

It's about equal.

Both groups have their own differences. However northern europeans, especially anglo-saxons, germans, skandinavians, and irish ( with a bit of problems) have become the symbol of the european race because they colonised the world and created the mirror of the white race. Everyone who does not look like them evan today is not considered white.

I would say Northerners, I'm not familiar with all the 'Subnordid', 'Keltid' and etc. phenotypes.

As of Southerners, we're a tad bit more diverse.

Hmm. I think Brits, French, and Spanish and Portuguese colonized the world. Germans and Scandinavians and Irish had very little part.
