No surprise that I cluster in between the different average white Latinos (in a very middle position between white Cubans, white Puerto Ricans, white Brazilians, white Uruguayans and white Argentinians, and very close to all of them :)
And no surprise that I cluster very close to Italians and Iberians :)
Indeed. I have highest west asian and also highest north sea out of Croatian samples I posess, and quite low baltic so I knew I'd be south-western shifted.
What it seems, my German ancesty also pulled me south because on this PCA Croats plot more north than Germans.
If you look at it, northwestern Europeans are significantly more southern shifted than northeastern Europeans, with East Slavs, Balts, and Finno-Ugric groups from Russia being significantly more northern than Scandinavians.
Their low mediterranean ancestry must be the reason for that.
Yes you are included, mat123 and me too. But the "white argentine" average includes around 75 people so our input is minimal. I also cluster far from the average, farther than you in fact. It would be very intereting to make a map with the 75 argentines. We would probably cover all spain, italy and France
Can you add my father as a Slovak reference

Yes western euros are southern shifted due to their med ancestry. I again have very low west Asian and I'm extremely far north, more than any central Europeans even than east Germans. I never would have thought I was so far north genetically I'm not blonde haired [emoji4]
