Herzegovinian Vlachs were fake Vlachs, they were just in "vlach" social status. Most of Herzegovinian clans who are recorded as "Vlach" in the middle age and early Ottoman period have Slavic y dna.

Old Herzegovina became part Montenegro in 1878. But Old Herzegovina is tribal same as Brda and Old Montenegro. BiH Herzegovina is not tribal.
There is a view that natural Montenegro is where exist tribes. In that case Old Herzegovina is natural Montenegro, regardless on fact that became part of Montenegro in 1878.
you mean the old k15 map? k15 is not very reliable, i don't use it anymore.
it's probably this one, it's the most northern D.Serb k15 i have, his first 4 components add up to 68%. i only have his k15.
