It does mean that you share 25% something (recent SNPs etc ) with Baloch and Bulgarians share 7% something with Baloch but it's up to you to figure out how come you share 25% something with Baloch. In other words it's up to you to figure out which ancestors, Iran-Chl or BMAC or whatever contributed this shared DNA between you and Baloch.

The Gedrosian in Europeans stands for extra Steppe which can't be described by the "North European" component. A similar thing happens with "South Asian" in Eurogenes calcs.

Yes, this is the main factor. Which is why we only have one 'sub-saharan' component for a calculator which is designed for Eurasians, whereas one for Africans would obviously have much more references. Same thing can be said for Europeans, which on Eurogenes have "east euro" "north sea" "baltic" etc, but here we only have 2.
