He born in Djakovica and lived in Prishtina, Belgrade. Then migrated to the USA. He didn't answer the question "how do you identify?"
I would guess him as a Bosniak if I had not seen the DNA result, but you probably know better than me about the region.
Being Albanian is also would not be surprising as he had lived in Serbia, we don't know which passport he used before migrating to the USA.

Please don't post results of people whose full ancestry isn't known - knowing someone's surname is absolutely inadequate.
If Zagreb is mixed and makes up 25% of Croatia's population, it shouldn't be ignored. This trend is on the rise basically everywhere. Capitals and big cities are attracting more and more people which results in the leveling of regional differences. Only on TA people would overemphasize small and unrepresentative groups.
How would those mixed Bosnians identify? Would they typically identify with a religious community? After all, it's all just a bunch of "religious tribes" (Bosniensis).
As Yugoslavs or Bosnians. Only Bosniaks are a religious tribe. Croat and Serb identity preceeds Christianity even if it was formed along religious lines in 19th century.
Yes, you're right. But we should know to include them in statistics.
Okay. I was hoping there is at least some number of Bosniaks leaving Islam for Christianity (joining the Serbian or Croatian communities). But it'd be extremely difficult - their entire ethnic identity would become meaningless once Islam is removed from the equation.
Some Muslims (mostly intelectuals) in the past had Serbian identity as Muslims https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Serb_Muslims
^^
Look on notable people on the link.
Some did, like Emir Kusturica who converted to Orthodoxy. Because he is of Serb origin.
User Max Luburić who was Bosniak of Croatian origin converted to Catholicism. Now he's a Croat.
Hrvoje had his results, but can't send them to me because he's banned and they are in his inbox.
But I know what they are like.
BTW, we have muslim Croats (but much less than before Yugoslavia) today like politican Zlako Hasanbegović who is a Croat but never converted.
One guy who studied with me was the same story.
