I don't think Aeduard or anyone here has denied the impact Slavs had on Romanian genetics. What do you think of his claim that 1/3 of Suceava county in the present day is made up of Ukrainian, Polish, Russian minorities?

Fair enough. I have have no issue with Slavic people or their admixture with Romanians, I’ve just seem too many non-Romanians people claiming to be Romanian on TA just to make Romania look bad. Nurzat saying shit like “ we Romanians like to play with our own poop” . I don’t mind someone criticizing Romania, it’s not perfect, but sometimes there is an obvious anti-Romanian agenda.

Romanians are still more Dacian than Slavic on average. And Roman input isn't insignificant either.

Lol I'm Romanian af mate just slightly more W shifted. Even that might be MyHeritage being shit at their raw data, I'll be ordering a 23andme as well when I decide I have nothing better to do with my money.

Downplayed it, not fully denied. That 40% AV2 can't be ignored. N. Moldova was colonized by Ukrainians invited by Stephen the Great, though the number can't be estimated and they were fully absorbed as no distinct pockets remain safe for some villages.

Cantemir noted that East of the Prut the more you headed East the more ppl spoke with Polish words.

Romanians are still a Vlacho-Slavic people that is more Vlach even with that. We're not special but we need more samples to get a bette runderstanding.

Samples and the K15 map has shown that Serbs are either just as Slavic or more. I've seen Greek, not Italian though, and there is proof that 23andme sometimes fucks it up, what if Italian is just more Celtic Greek admix?
