Did he get anything in his ancestry comp to explain having "a lot of northern European"? Possibly he had ancestry he wasn't aware of. People don't usually get great discrepancies or differences otherwise they would cluster differently. It would be interesting to know.

Thank you that makes sense. If you plot normally then you aren't an outlier. Also you have to take into account all the components.

No, i was not refering to he, but to some individuals sample which i tested in model
Can be some residual ssa which inflates the NA?
Also g25 its not perfect u know, but in qpAdm the Portuguese average go from 8% - 14% usually, so inst so far away

North Portuguese doesn't mean anything, regards to NA admixture, since it's a West/East thing, not North/South (unless you're talking about the Basque ethnicity, that's in the North).

I'm not suggesting anything related to him being from the north I just used it as a way for people here to recall the user. I know it's a west/east thing as Olalde suggests.
