Ancestry proportions. Uralic ancestry is too old to seen by IBD segments outside Finland. I have never seen Uralic IBD. Smaller segments are still present in my Estonian ancestry (=Oeselians).

It's an individual from the Mesolithic, that's why.
You should expect only to share IBD hits that are less than 1cM with such people, and such shared segments are very difficult to detect unless you have full genome sequences and can use rare alleles in your IBD run.

There ARE many IBD fixations, expecially near centromeres and those false IBDs can last thousands years. But again, there are also a positive correlation and it is pure logic to see it.
