Under DNA Applications on gedmatch main page when you log in , click on: One-to-many DNA comparison Result , than enter you kit number and gedmatch will list your DNA relatives :)

First one is basicaly on Serbian average, second is very north-western shifted.

Here's a tip, because I've been doing this for a long time.
For people in Eastern Europe, especially from Romania and R. Moldova, some will hide their names, but have them written in the email.
Also when you find someone that you are interested in, click on them to open their matches.
If you see that they have matches with 1000+cm then they usually will share the same email.
You can then go back to GEDmatch's homepage, click on "User Lookup", paste the email and see their list of uploaded kits.
One can find entire families like this and sometimes they also provide GEDcom family trees, together with names of ancestors, villages, etc.
