Today? I don't believe that any of those ancient components make all that much difference as you've seen relatively intelligent and innovative societies in all parts of Europe since then. i.e. the innate differences are small enough that circumstance and eugenic/dysgenic factors can have more of a noticeable effect in any given time.
I think the perennial differences in behaviour and temperament are more interesting and perhaps more illustrative of the different ancient groups.
