I am US261 on this project, and it seems I average out in an area near Orleans, France, which is quite interesting to say the least. I always expected with McDonald's program and with Eurogenes to plot on average further to the East and North, since I had the suspicion that almost 5/8th of my ancestry could be from the British Isles.
It seems that it might be much less than that, and that I may have more Southern German ancestry than I know, which makes logical sense.
I still have members of my grandfather's family not traced down, even as late as the middle of the 1800s, and they all came from very German influenced areas of Pennsylvania. A lot of whom came from Baden-Wuerttemberg, so I could have more Southern German ancestry than I expected.

Found my location:

Nord-Pas-de-Calais, France.
Makes sense I'd reckon, that's far enough North in France to account for my 3/4th British Islander ancestry, and also accounts for my 1/4th Continental Euro ancestry (most of which is German) pulling me out of the UK/setting me apart from full blooded British Islanders.
So were do I get this 'SPA_single.loc' ?
it's the second link
