Well, yes, but still I have a lot less in common than that with most Serbian and all other members of TA. They don't appear in my match list and to compare my kits with theirs I have to restrict cM and SNP size.

Probably because they don't test enough or your ancestry comes from a rather isolated place.

You're completely missing the point. All of my top matches are Serbs and Croats, but I don't match the Serbs and other Balkanites from TA. If it's unlikely I'll match a random newly tested person of my ethnicity, it's a hundred times less likely i'll match a random youtuber from the other side of the continent.

Just to put things into perspective, my dad and I have full Finnish matches between 20-35cM, and I don't have any ancestry from there in the last 100 years at least.
That's why I'm saying to not take 9cM seriously, because that signal is from around 300-400 years ago. You and everyone else had ancestors from all over the place at that stage.

I have a lot of Finnish matches too, in that range and higher on FTDNA. I was talking about gedmatch here. And I know very well that most of the matches regardless of testing and analysis platform are irrelevant because of so little shared DNA.
