Pagani_Test_K8_Results (ASY13)
North_Eurasian 0.01%
West_African 0.12%
East_Asian 0.19%
South_Asian 1.50%
Northeast_African 1.70%
European 3.9%
West_Asian 53.15%
Middle_Eastern 40.27%
There is no mediterranean cluster at K=8, so the middle eastern is high. When a mediterranean cluster appear, usually centered on western mediterranean people, most of the middle eatern is "eaten" by the med cluster and part of the european cluster too.
I know you're joking but srsly, Phoenicians weren't 100% West Asian/Caucasus.
If you were in the Pagani_8 run you should be included in this also. One way to check for sure is to go here http://bga101.blogspot.com/2012/07/p...c-genomic.html and click on "Chromosome 1" which is a link that will take you to the actual files then go to the very bottom and click on samples.txt and see if you are included in the list.
Eurogenes SupportMix results:
This is only Chromosome 1.
